The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Make-Up Artist to inspire clients with creativity and expert makeup artistry. You will deliver personalized service, educate customers on products, and contribute to in-store sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in beauty sales and 2–3 years in makeup artistry, with a passion for luxury service and current beauty trends. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, and flexible availability includes evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience.
• Diploma or certification as esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus.
• Expertise in luxury service with personalized experiences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strong service.
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with makeup trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work store hours, including evenings and weekends.
