Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Amsterdam to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, combining product expertise with a sales mindset. You will engage clients, tailor recommendations, and help the team meet and exceed daily targets.
Fluency in Dutch and English, 1–2 years in sales, and a passion for luxury beauty will support your success in a vibrant, trend-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- 2–3 years of experience in a beauty role
- Degree or certificate as an esthetician, beauty consultant or similar is a plus
- Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
- Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends and events
- Languages: Dutch and English

- Provide each customer with a personalized, memorable in-store experience.
- Maximize sales opportunities and recommend products confidently.
- Guide and educate clients to contribute to store performance.
