Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in a beauty role.
• Degree or certification as an esthetician or beauty consultant is a plus.
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service.
• Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work store hours, including evenings, weekends and events.
• Languages: Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, in-store experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
