Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• First point of contact for approving discounts and resolving customer questions.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assemble outfits for customers and provide product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
• Monitor store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure upkeep, presentation, and organization of store and stock areas is maintained properly.
