Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Counter Manager Assistant within a luxury retail setting. You will support the Counter Manager to drive performance, lead a team, and ensure exceptional client experience and operational excellence in a high-end counter environment.

You will collaborate with Retail Manager, Marketing & Merchandising, CRM, Training, and store teams to execute brand standards, events, and clienteling strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Proven track record in achieving retail performance targets (sales and profitability).
• Experience contributing to prestigious brand events is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance using KPIs and sales indicators.
• Contribute to team management by supporting coaching, setting objectives and fostering engagement.
• Deliver exceptional client experience by selling Dior products and achieving personal targets.
• Co-lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to recruit new clients and strengthen loyalty.
• Support launch plans, in-store events and commercial initiatives to maximize performance.
• Oversee counter operations in the manager's absence, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Assist in stock management, visual merchandising and administrative follow-ups.
