Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Community Manager or in a closely aligned role for high-profile brands.
• Strong collaboration with senior client stakeholders in daily syncs, real-time approvals, and strategic alignment sessions.
• Deep understanding of British culture, humor, trending vernacular and subcultures, with ability to translate global guidelines into local conversation.
• Experience managing social communities within AI, consumer technology, or fast-paced digital consumer service sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to tone and brand safety.
• Proficiency with enterprise social media tools (Sprinklr) and basic analytics.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented team player who thrives under deadlines and multi-agency workflows.
• Experience collaborating within diverse, multicultural agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage content across social platforms daily.
• Respond to user comments, messages, and queries in a timely, helpful manner.
• Monitor and report daily social interactions and trends.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Data Analyst, Strategist, and Google team to flag local ideas and streamline workflows.
• Work with data team to identify community insights, learnings, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends to pitch new, creative ideas.
