Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to improve and automate our European logistics platforms. You will work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and data, partnering with IT, business teams, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing digital logistics solutions, translating business needs into system improvements, analyzing processes, supporting UAT and rollouts, and developing reports and dashboards with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, business systems, or digitalization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query.
Familiarity with TMS, WMS, SAP, CRM, MES systems.
Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Supporting the implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digital solutions.
Translating business needs into practical system and process improvements.
Analyzing logistics processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Supporting UAT, issue resolution, and system rollouts.
Monitoring logistics KPIs and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Developing reports and dashboards and ensuring data quality.
Supporting operational teams with system, process, and data-related topics.
