Job summary

Genmab is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join the Logistics & Release team within the CMC PD Operations department. You will help manage CMC inventory, distribute materials to development groups, and ensure QC release of critical materials in accordance with batch release specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a laboratory according to established procedures.
• Motivated by delivering high quality output and working according to a quality system.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and adjust priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to handle requests and updates.
• Report and document the quality of the critical batches in CoAs.
• Release the critical batches to the CMC inventory.
• Maintain the CMC inventory and issue batches to requesters.
• Optimize and improve efficient Logistics Operations for timely delivery.
• Manage inventory and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Address and resolve logistics issues and quality concerns promptly.
