Job summary

Qualifications

• Short-Cycle tertiary education completed.
• Sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems (7-12 months).
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4-6 months).

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning: Execute, in a low-complexity supply chain, planning activities within a defined framework.
• Supply Chain Management: Carry out supplier management activities.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools and formats.
• Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers.
• Quality: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection, implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Review operations and generate ideas for improvement.
• Operational Compliance: Understand policies and ensure adherence, obtain authorization for exceptions.
• Information and Business Advice: Resolve complex queries about policies/procedures.
• Administration: Produce and maintain best-practice documents and databases.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: Assign short-term work to a team to meet timelines.
