Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven zoekt een Logistics Process Engineer die op de werkvloer bottlenecks analyseert en structurele verbeteringen doorvoert in het 5L-warehouse.

Je voert data-analyses uit, bouwt business cases en leidt initiatieven die de hele logistieke afdeling naar een hoger niveau tillen. Ervaring met Lean en SAP is wenselijk; de rol vereist on-site aanwezigheid en samenwerking met management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of master in IE, BA, Operations management of Logistiek.
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante warehouse/logistiek ervaring.
• Praktische ervaring met Lean en procesoptimalisatie.
• Praktische ervaring met Warehouse Management Systems, SAP gewenst.

Responsibilities

• Analyseren van huidige logistieke processen en structural bottlenecks identificeren.
• Leiding geven aan procesverbeteringsprojecten binnen de logistieke afdeling.
• Business case bouwen en voorstellen doen aan het management.
• Root cause analyses uitvoeren voor duurzame oplossingen.
• Wijzigingen implementeren, inclusief training en afstemming met stakeholders.

Are you ready to optimize operations and drive structural improvements at the cutting edge of technology? As a Logistics Process Engineer at ASML, you bridge the gap between operations and management within the dynamic 5L warehouse environment.

In this role, you spend time on the shop floor to truly understand the logistics flow. You analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives to elevate the entire department. Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing current logistics processes and identifying structural bottlenecks
• Leading process improvement projects for your specific warehouse department
• Building solid business cases and proposing new initiatives to management
• Performing root cause analyses to ensure long-term solutions
• Implementing changes smoothly, including training and stakeholder alignment

Functie-eisen

You are successful when you meet the following requirements:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operational Management, or Logistics
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• You possess hands-on experience with Lean methodologies and process optimization
• You have practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably SAP modules)
