ASML in Veldhoven is seeking a motivated logistics helper to ensure high-value lithography parts and materials reach cleanrooms safely and on schedule. You will inspect deliveries, log transactions, and assist with dock operations while learning on the job from experienced mentors.

Two roster options are available: a 2-shift 4-day week (€3,900–€4,200) or a 5-shift 6-on/4-off cycle (€3,600–€3,800). Prior warehouse experience is not required; reliability and teamwork are key.

At ASML in Veldhoven, you play a critical role in powering the global semiconductor industry from day one—even without extensive prior logistics experience. Within this vital operational role, you ensure that high-value lithography parts, tooling, and materials reach cleanrooms and production lines safely, accurately, and on schedule. Working alongside an energetic and supportive team, you maintain balanced, reliable material handling throughout the facility. Experienced mentors will guide your onboarding from your very first shift: you inspect and register inbound shipments, manage stock locations in advanced storage areas, and kit assemblies for production. Furthermore, you support dock operations and actively contribute to daily continuous improvement initiatives. Prior warehouse experience is by no means required; an eager attitude, precision, and an active team spirit are what truly make the difference.

Working Hours & Shift Schedules

This position offers two distinct roster options, allowing you to choose the schedule that matches your personal rhythm:

• Option 1: 2-Shift Schedule (Salary Range: €3,900 – €4,200)
• Work a four-day schedule featuring an extra recurring weekday off, rotating between early and late coverage:
  • Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:30
  • Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:30
• Option 2: 5-Shift Schedule (Salary Range: €3,600 – €3,800)
• Operate on a structured 6-on / 4-off cycle inclusive of weekends, offering generous stretches of uninterrupted leisure along with maximum shift allowances:
  • 2 Morning shifts: 07:00 – 15:30
  • 2 Evening shifts: 15:00 – 23:30
  • 2 Night shifts: 23:00 – 07:30
  • Followed by: 4 consecutive rest days

Core Responsibilities

• Inspecting inbound deliveries, verifying part integrity, and logging transactions into warehouse tracking systems.
• Picking, handling, and staging specialized equipment for cleanroom technicians and assembly lines.
• Maintaining precise stock counts using digital scanners and enterprise logistics software.
• Supporting dock operations, including safe loading, unloading, and movement of freight.
• Upholding clean, organized, and risk-free workspaces in accordance with 5S principles.
• Spotting workflow bottlenecks and actively pitching practical ideas during team continuous improvement huddles.

Functie-eisen

• Education: Completed secondary vocational diploma (MBO level 2, 3, or 4 in any discipline).
• Experience: No formal logistics background required; hands-on background in customer service, production, retail, or technical environments is welcome.
• Flexibility: Available to commit to either the 4-day rotating 2-shift schedule or the rotating 5-shift system.
• Competencies: Reliable team contributor, rapid learner, and attentive to handling delicate equipment.
• Work Style: Systematic approach, practical mentality, and comfortable remaining physically active throughout the day.
• Communication: Clear communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
