Qualifications

• Ervaring in logistieke omgeving en goede kennis van logistieke processen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte houding.
• Flexibel en in staat om met veranderende prioriteiten om te gaan.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel te schakelen.
• Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (05:00–14:00 en 14:15–23:15).
• Vervoer van huis uit is vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een sterke plus.
• Gemotiveerd, verantwoordelijk en toegewijd aan de functie.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren van dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en zorgen voor een vloeiend operationeel proces.
• Functie als schakelpunt tussen magazijnmedewerkers, teamleiders, management en chauffeurs.
• Plannen en verdelen van dagelijkse taken en controleren van orderpicking en logistieke activiteiten.
• Oplossen van operationele problemen en zorgen voor correcte administratie.
• Identificeren van verbeterkansen om processen te optimaliseren.

Immediate start available, with a salary scale E5 and attractive employment conditions.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator for a professional logistics operation in Soesterberg.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities and ensuring that the operational process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the link between warehouse employees, team leaders, management, and drivers.

Your responsibilities will include planning and distributing daily tasks, monitoring order picking and other logistics activities, solving operational issues, maintaining accurate administration, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 05:00 – 14:00

• 14:15 – 23:15

Immediate start available.
