Job summary

Frencken, a dynamic high-tech company, seeks a Team Lead Planning in the Netherlands to guide a planning team through complex challenges in logistics. You will shape department strategy, coach planners, and ensure production plans are executed effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) in Logistics or Industrial Engineering & Management.
2–5 years of experience in a similar role in the mechatronics or high-tech sector.
Strong organizational and coordinating skills with extensive experience in logistics.
Ability to understand the impact of supply chain decisions on the business.
Excellent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Well versed in ERP systems and highly proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

Coaching and supporting your team in an inspiring way.
Leading team meetings and conducting performance reviews with team members.
Being responsible for updating working methods and procedures within the regular planning department of Logistics.
Overseeing the correct execution of the production plans that have been drawn up.
Being responsible for reporting on the logistics performance for customers and initiating improvement actions where needed.
Managing and reporting on the department's KPIs.
