Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Logistics Engineer to optimise warehouse operations and processes. You will analyse processes, identify improvements and support projects across international logistics operations.

The role involves working with data and operational teams to drive continuous improvement and leverage warehouse automation technologies. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in warehouse logistics, contract logistics, 3PL or distribution environments.
• Experience with process optimisation / continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with WMS / SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse layouts / AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with both data and operational teams.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse warehouse processes, workflows and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Conduct work measurements and support staffing/workload analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
• Analyse operational data and create reports to support decision-making.
• Work on warehouse layouts and process flows.
• Support warehouse implementations, reconfigurations and customer projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Work with warehouse automation and technology solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
