Job summary

GEODIS Benelux is seeking a Logistics Engineer to design, optimize, and implement logistics processes across projects in the Netherlands. You will work on new implementations, re-engineering existing solutions, and migrations to new systems within warehousing and value-added services.

You will develop layouts, cost models, and functional system solutions while collaborating with IT, transport, and facility teams. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong analytical skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 3+ years of relevant logistics engineering experience.
• Knowledge of warehousing and value-added services.
• Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI and AutoCAD assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement logistics processes across projects.
• Create detailed warehouse layouts and process flows.
• Develop cost models and assess investments.
• Present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT, transport, and facility teams.
