Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Logistics Development & Innovation intern to join our Amsterdam head office. You will work with the Logistics team and project managers on initiatives that improve and further develop our global logistics network, while taking ownership of your own topic areas.

As an intern, you’ll support projects, analyses and KPI tracking, gain exposure to warehousing, transport and supplier interactions, and contribute to innovations across automation, data tools and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Enjoy working on projects and turning analysis into practical improvements
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with Excel
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn
• Affinity with logistics, data and technology
• Enjoy taking ownership and contributing during your internship
• Comfortable communicating in English in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Support logistics projects and continuous improvement across warehouse and transport network
• Explore new logistics technologies and innovations, such as automation, digital solutions and data-driven tools
• Support development and tracking of logistics KPIs and performance dashboards
• Contribute to warehouse improvement, sustainability and cost initiatives
• Get exposure to logistics sourcing and procurement: supplier analyses, tenders and selection of logistics solutions
• Support business cases of new logistics solutions
• Take ownership of your own improvement project from analysis to recommendation and implementation support
