Job summary

Canon EMEA is looking for a Logistics Inbound Specialist to ensure logistics processes and policies in the EMEA region are followed, driving continuous improvement towards an integrated operation across Business Units.

The role focuses on balancing logistics cost with service levels, supporting transformation programs, and maximizing revenue while increasing customer satisfaction across Canon's corporate network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level in logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics or inventory management.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent Business English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Oracle, WMS and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor inbound planning and value-added logistics in line with requirements.
• Ensure timely stocking of goods and create counter action plans for issues.
• Fix root causes to prevent repetition.
• Prepare and maintain operational procedures to support the business.
• Manage relationships with 3rd parties to avoid disruptions.
• Monitor and reduce customer claims, implementing counteractions to improve satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Support end-to-end logistics tasks including outbound operations and projects.
