Qualifications
- HBO/WO degree in logistics or related field
- 3–5 years logistics experience in manufacturing preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP, EWM and MES preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 warehouse and expedition staff
- Drive logistics improvement projects (DMAIC)
- Participate in daily management and operations meetings
- Represent logistics in cross-functional improvement teams
- Analyze and optimize logistics within production operations
- Track and report monthly logistics KPIs
- Support safety, quality, sustainability, service, and cost goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
- Contribute to strategic and operational logistics projects
- Participate in on-call rotations outside office hours when required
