Job summary

Start People is op zoek naar een logistiek medewerker voor de ochtenddienst bij GLS in Drachten. Je werkt van 04:30 tot 08:30 en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van pakketten. Dit is een fysieke rol die teamwork en precisie vereist. We bieden een parttime rol van 20 uur per week met een uurloon van €14,80 en een tijdelijke overeenkomst met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Kennis van Nederlands en/of Engels is vereist. Je kunt rekenen op een 8% vakantietoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding.

As a logistics medewerker morning shift, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of operations at GLS. Working in the early hours of the day (04:30 to 08:30), you’ll play a key role in ensuring that packages are processed accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on, physical role where teamwork, precision, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential. What You Will Do

• Unloading: removing packages from trucks and containers.
• Sorting: organizing packages based on their destinations.
• Loading: stacking and placing packages into trucks for delivery.
• Maintaining: keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Physical tasks: lifting and bending as part of your daily routine.
