Job summary

Tempo-Team in Hoofddorp is seeking a Logistics Employee to join our station. You will move, load, and unload air cargo equipment in a precise, safety-driven way, and report to the Team Lead.

You bring at least 1 year of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong English communication. Dutch knowledge is a plus. You will work in a modern, structured environment with a dedicated team committed to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Experience in Airline or MRO handling preferred.
• Valid forklift certificate.
• Strong English communication (Dutch a plus).
• Proficient with Office solutions (Word and Excel) and able to understand process manuals.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading trucks and operating equipment including forklifts.
• Prepare and complete orders by packing, wrapping, and labeling.
• Ensure compliance with LUC documents and procedures.
• Clean and charge specialized cooling equipment.
• Put away and pick containers from the racking system.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse and workplace.
• Sign off transportation documentation and report operational challenges to leadership.

In this position, you will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading air cargo equipment in a professional manner. You will work in accordance with strict instructions and compliance requirements (including CAA-NL and EASA/FAA 145 when applicable) to ensure everything meets the highest quality standards. You will be part of a supportive, close-knit local station team and report directly to the Team Lead.

Who you are

As a driven Logistics Employee, you possess a practical, solution-oriented approach and always put safety first. You are an open, honest, and transparent communicator who takes pride in doing a great job. To be successful in this role, you meet the following criteria:

• You have more than 1 year of experience working in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Preferred experience within Airline or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) handling.
• You hold a valid forklift certificate.
• You have a good command of the English language, including reading, writing, and communication skills. (Knowledge of Dutch is a nice plus!) .
• You are proficient with Office solutions (Word and Excel) and are able to understand (technical) process manuals.

What will you do

Your primary focus is to ensure that warehouse operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Safely loading and unloading trucks, and operating various types of equipment and tools (including forklifts).
• Preparing and completing orders by packing, wrapping, and labeling.
• Ensuring full compliance with LUC (workorder) documents and procedures.
• Cleaning and charging specialized cooling equipment.
• Putting away and picking containers from the racking system.
• Maintaining orderliness, neatness, and cleanliness inside the warehouse, store room, and workplace.
• Signing off on transportation documentation for inbound and outbound activities, and timely reporting of operational challenges to leadership.
