Why This Role?

As our Logistics Coordinator you will join a team of talented professional who manage the end to end international order to delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Order entry to delivery:

• Enter daily orders in our database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Plan and manage inbound as well as outbound orders, creating a successful relationship with your suppliers, customer and stakeholders.
• Revise ways of working, playing an essential part in the optimization of our processes. You input is golden!
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture aligned with company values.

• Customer-Service minded: You know what good customer service looks like and you are the person our customers and suppliers want to deal with.
• Knowledgeable: You have an understanding of order entry and order fulfillment, you are able to connect the dots and efficiently plan our pickups and deliveries smoothly.
• Team Player: You are enthusiastic over working with the team and shine together! You bring up your ideas and follow up.
• Pragmatic: You are a volcano of ideas, you consider risks & opportunities and make them happen.
