Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Manager, Logistics Center of Expertise to lead the CoE across warehousing, weigh & dispense, materials management, and distribution at Leiden and Schiphol-Rijk. You will drive operational excellence, standardize processes, manage a diverse team, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient material flow.

Initial 12-month contract with potential permanent conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business).
APICS certification required or strongly preferred.
Master's degree in related field is a plus; experience may compensate.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team including Logistics Process Engineers, Material Management Specialists, Quality Specialists, Equipment Specialists, and EHS professionals.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
Define priorities, goals and performance expectations aligned with business strategy.
Develop talent pipelines, succession plans and capability-building programs.
Foster engagement and a high-performing team in line with Credo values.
