Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Logistics Center of Expertise (CoE) to lead the Logistics CoE across warehousing, weigh & dispense, materials management, distribution, and EHS excellence. Based at Leiden and Schiphol-Rijk, the role drives operational excellence, standardization, dashboards, and data-driven decisions with a 12-month contract to permanent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and APICS certification.
Minimum 5-8 years in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical environments.
Experience leading teams and complex cross-functional programs.
Experience with GMP/GDP regulated environments.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the Logistics CoE strategy and execution roadmap.
Define standards, governance, KPIs, and performance management for warehouse, distribution, inventory, and material flow.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and quality standards.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders on network strategies and digital improvements.
