Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution ops, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for accurate processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies or vehicle availability.
• Confirm handling, storage and movement requirements to support traceability and fulfillment continuity.
