Job summary

GLS Den Bosch is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable logistics employee to ensure timely processing of packages and correct delivery destinations. You will sort packages, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and move items weighing up to 23 kg.

The role is active and physical, with learning on the job and no prior logistics experience required. You will work Monday to Friday, with alternating evening and night shifts, and must be 18+ with Dutch and/or English language skills.

Job description

As a logistics employee at GLS Den Bosch, you and your colleagues make sure that packages are processed on time and reach the right destination. You will sort packages and help with loading and unloading trucks.

The job is active and physical. You will be moving around, walking, lifting and sorting packages throughout your shift. It is ideal if you prefer staying active rather than sitting still all day. You will learn the job on the work floor, so no previous logistics experience is required.

What will you do?

• Sorting packages: processing packages and placing them in the correct location.
• Loading and unloading: helping to load and unload trucks.
• Moving packages: lifting and moving packages weighing up to 23 kg.
• Working safely: keeping the workplace clean, safe and organised.
• Working as a team: working together with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly.

You will work from Monday to Friday. One week you will work from 16:00 to 01:00 and the following week from 00:30 to 09:30.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable colleague who enjoys staying active.

• At least 18 years old;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You are physically able to lift packages weighing up to 23 kg;
• You enjoy physical and active work;
• You are willing to work evening and night shifts;
• You are reliable and keep your commitments.
• No previous logistics experience is required.
