Job summary

AXIS Career in the Netherlands seeks an Administrative Logistics Employee to support the logistics department by preparing and delivering instruction packages for project engineers, ensuring accuracy and timely handover for efficient start-up of cleanroom activities.

Your day-to-day includes gathering production guide cards, printing and organizing drawings, uploading documents, filing BOMs and order paperwork, and assisting with order picking during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative work in a logistics department.
• Full-time availability on short notice.
• Good computer knowledge and experience with MS Office.
• Forklift and EPT experience is considered an advantage.
• Own accommodation and transportation.
• Able to work independently and accurately.
• Good English communication skills (Dutch is an advantage).

Responsibilities
