Job summary

Too Good To Go, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of Operational 3PL Governance & Account Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational management of 3PLs, enforce SLAs, and improve customer experiences by leveraging analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess solid e-commerce operations experience and proven account management skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and either Dutch or German. This opportunity offers hybrid working conditions and a chance to contribute significantly to reducing food waste.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in a fast-moving food or grocery environment.
• Demonstrated track record in managing 3PLs and last-mile carriers.
• Experience leading and managing logistic operations teams.

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven operational improvements.
