Job summary

Carrière in Delfgauw zoekt een Orderpicker voor logistieke taken. Je werkt mee aan dagelijkse processen en gebruikt digitale tools om orders correct en op tijd af te handelen. Er is initiële training en een ochtenddienst voor de eerste 6 weken, met mogelijkheid tot overgang naar avonddienst bij prestatie.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met focus op nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en teamwork. Er is ruimte voor groei en een prettige werksfeer.

Qualifications

• Own housing in Nederland vereist; geen accommodatie aangeboden.
• Geen ervaring vereist, volledige training wordt gegeven.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen en te dragen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekenddiensten.

Responsibilities

• Nauwkeurig en efficiënt orderpicken.
• Werken met handscanners en voorraad controleren.
• Pakketten verpakken en gereedmaken voor verzending.
• Netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek handhaven.
• Samenwerken met het team om dagelijkse operationele doelen te bereiken.

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Orderpicker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon-Fri 18:00-22:00, Sat 14:00-18:00
  +50% : Mon-Fri 22:00-00:00, Sat 18:00-00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end-of-year bonus
• Travel expense reimbursement
