Job summary

Haskoning, a leading independent international consultancy, is hiring a Local Facility Manager to oversee multiple Dutch offices and drive hospitality and employee experience. Based in the Netherlands, you will coordinate national supplier coverage, lead local teams and ensure high-quality workplaces across Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen.

You will work within the Digital & Workplace Solutions group, partnering with peers to shape the FM Netherlands structure and deliver consistent services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership.
• Proven experience in facility operations and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for facility operations across assigned offices (Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen).
• Lead local teams, suppliers and selected service contracts.
• Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality workplaces for employees and visitors.
• Act as the primary local contact and coordinate responses to incidents and service disruptions.
• Pro-actively identify risks, improvements and opportunities to strengthen user engagement.
• Contribute to consistent, future-focused Facility and Workplace Management across the Netherlands.
• Strengthen local presence and user engagement by proactively identifying risks and improvements.
