Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Local Facility Manager to oversee multiple offices in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen. You will lead local teams, manage suppliers, and ensure safe, high-quality workplaces while driving continuous improvement and aligned national standards.

You will collaborate with peers to shape the FM Netherlands structure, deliver consistent services, and enhance the employee and guest experience across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership.
• Proven experience in facility operations and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for facility operations across Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen.
• Lead local teams, suppliers and selected service contracts.
• Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality workplaces for employees and visitors.
• Act as the primary local contact and coordinate responses to incidents and service disruptions.
• Identify risks, improvements and opportunities to strengthen user engagement.
• Contribute to consistent, future-focused Facility and Workplace Management across the Netherlands.
• Strengthen local presence and user engagement while enhancing the end-to-end guest and employee journey.
