Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Digital Learning Administrator at its Amsterdam HQ to maintain the Picnic Academy LMS, publish engaging digital content, and support platform innovation across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. You’ll ensure secure access, scalable content architectures, and proactive bug escalation in collaboration with Tech and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, EdTech, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• 2–4 years’ hands-on experience managing and administering an LMS or HR platform.
• Technical savvy with system integrations, content access automations, and data analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Fluency in English; Dutch, German, and/or French is a strong plus.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented problem solver who loves streamlining platform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the learning platform and ensure smooth operations.
• Support stakeholders and help create and publish digital learning content.
• Manage user access, permissions, and integrations with IT teams.
• Build dashboards in Tableau to track completion rates and generate insights.
• Provide self-service enablement and practical training for the L&D team.
• Lead small projects for engaging digital content creation and publish updates.
