TTNL Group, based in the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Linux Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise clients. You will design, migrate, and manage Red Hat environments, linking on-premise systems with cloud platforms and ensuring high availability across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery at client sites, scripting and automation, and close collaboration with DBAs, Windows engineers, and network specialists.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on Red Hat Enterprise Linux in Enterprise environments.
• Experience with migrations and implementations of critical infrastructure.
• On-site client work across diverse environments.
• RHCE or RHCSA certification preferred to validate expertise.

Work on business-critical Linux infrastructures for leading Enterprise clients.

36–40 hours per week

What will you do?

• Manage, implement, and migrate Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Design, build, and manage highly available infrastructure environments.
• Design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions for Enterprise clients.
• Connect on-premise Linux environments to cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage backup and monitoring solutions.
• Use scripting and automation for infrastructure management and deployments.
• Independently carry out migrations, upgrades, and implementations on-site at client locations.
• Analyze existing environments and prepare clear technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Oracle DBAs, Windows engineers, network specialists, and other professionals.
• Clearly report on progress and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

What do you bring?

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux in Enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with migrations and implementations of critical infrastructure.
• Experience working on-site with clients and in a variety of technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, and 9, preferably complemented by an RHCSA or RHCE certification.
• Experience with virtualization, such as KVM, VMware, IBM VIOS, or Oracle VM.
• Knowledge of storage solutions from providers including IBM, NetApp, and Pure Storage.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault, TSM/IBM Spectrum Protect, or Veeam.
• Experience with scripting in Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Knowledge of IBM AIX, IBM Power Systems, Oracle, and ITIL is an advantage.
• You are hands-on, work accurately, and know how to solve problems, even when documentation is unavailable.
• You communicate clearly, adapt easily to different client environments, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
