Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA's Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. As a Licensed Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind heavy maintenance, modifications, and return-to-service operations. You'll work in compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations, take on fault analyses, supervise junior colleagues, and prepare aircraft systems and engines for independent test runs. From D-checks to private jet metamorphosis-your expertise keeps us flying high.
You:
- Certified with an EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 AML, preferably type-rated on A320, A330 (CEO/NEO), and/or B737NG.
- Equipped with a comprehensive logbook.
- Comfortable using technical English.
- A team player who brings precision, initiative, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Interested in permanent employment, not freelance or contractor roles.
- Year 1: 12-month contract via WFS PRO, with intent for permanent hire.
- Year 2+: Direct employment at Fokker Techniek.
- Rotation Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 1 week off, 10 hours/day, 5 days/week.
- Overtime paid according to Metalektro CLA rates.
- Gross salary starting from €4,296/month (with possible increase in year 2).
- Shift bonus of 14.9%.
- Overtime compensation: Mon-Fri: 130% for the first 3.5 hrs/day, 140% after; Sat: 160%, Sun & holidays: 180%.
- Relocation allowance: Up to €2,500 (single) or €5,000 (family).
- Furnished housing arranged (Rent: €700-850/month).
- Travel allowance: Up to €165/4 weeks for trips home, and €0.23/km locally.
- Dutch language course included.
- Training for new aircraft types.
