Job summary

Bolton Adhesives in the Netherlands is offering a Legal Intern position to support the Legal Manager. You will gain practical experience in an international company and contribute to a broad range of legal matters.

You will review and draft commercial agreements, identify risks, perform legal research, and prepare summaries and training materials. The role combines independent work with close collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal environment is an advantage.
• Analytical, well organised and able to communicate legal topics clearly and practically.
• Proactive, accurate, curious and comfortable working independently as well in collaboration.
• Dutch and English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Manager of Bolton Adhesives in the Netherlands. This internship offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international company and contribute to a broad range of legal matters.

How you make the difference

As a Legal Intern, you will support the Legal team with day-to-day legal activities and help translate legal requirements into clear, practical solutions for the business.

How your agenda looks like:

• Supporting the review, drafting and organisation of commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Working with colleagues across the business to identify legal risks. Conducting legal research and preparing concise summaries and/or and propose practical solutions.
• Assisting with product, packaging, regulatory, compliance, privacy and intellectual property matters.
• Helping to maintain legal templates, contract records and other internal legal documentation.
• Preparing presentations, guidance notes and training materials for colleagues.

Your team:

You will work closely with the Legal Manager in the Netherlands and collaborate with colleagues across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance and Operations.

• Education: you are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Work Experience: previous internship or work experience in a legal environment is an advantage, but not essential.
