Job summary

Meerab Group is seeking a Legal Counsel / Tax Specialist to advise on complex contracting and technology‑related matters, bridging procurement, regulation, and business priorities. You will deliver clear, risk‑based legal guidance and support stakeholders across the organization.

Key duties include drafting and negotiating IT, sourcing and commercial agreements; assessing legal and regulatory risks; advising on AI and digitalisation issues; contributing to policy development; and mentoring

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Dutch Law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a legal counsel, attorney or corporate lawyer.
• Proven experience with complex commercial and IT contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
