Job summary

Polaroid is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide practical legal support across the group. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on corporate and commercial matters, and coordinating governance across international teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Dutch law with 3–5 years of experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English to support global projects and training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dutch law.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate legal advice clearly in a commercial context.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, high-quality legal support across the Polaroid group.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, distributors, customers, service providers, strategic partners and other third parties.
• Advise the business on corporate, commercial, employment, procurement, R&D, product and supply chain legal matters.
• Coordinate corporate governance activities across the international Polaroid group.
• Prepare board resolutions, corporate records and legal documentation.
• Support international projects, transactions and disputes.
• Coordinate with external counsel where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, policies and internal procedures.
• Deliver legal training and awareness programs to employees when required.
• Work closely with colleagues and advise stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
