WE Charity is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to work closely with executive management and business stakeholders, providing broad legal advice and risk management across the organisation. You will draft, review, and negotiate key agreements while guiding governance and compliance efforts to align with internal standards.

The role demands a strong legal background, with 5+ years in a similar advisory capacity, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and a valid licence to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar legal advisory role.
• Experience in corporate, employment, and administrative law.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Monitor relevant legal developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical risk assessments and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and authorities.
• Support the resolution of complex legal matters and promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability.

What we're looking for:
