Job summary

L'Oréal in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel - Digital to drive the compliant deployment of cutting-edge digital projects, including GenAI and immersive e-commerce experiences. You will structure and negotiate global SaaS and ad-tech partnerships, translate AI Act, DSA, GDPR into practical guidelines, and advise cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in international corporate legal teams or a specialized tech/digital law practice.
• Master’s degree in Digital, Tech, or IP Law.
• Proven track record negotiating global SaaS and ad-tech contracts.
• Strong understanding of AI Act, DSA and GDPR.
• Ability to advise cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
