Je beoordeelt presentaties en scripties en motiveert studenten in een internationaal onderwijsveld. De positie vereist een master, ervaring in een international omgeving en Engelse taalvaardigheid op C1-niveau.

• Een relevante mastergraad.
• Jarenlange werkervaring in een internationale professionele omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Modulen vernieuwen en verbeteren.
• Begeleiden en beoordelen van scripties.
• Begeleiden van studenten gedurende stage.

We are looking for a lecturer in Economics, Statistics and Applied Research for our International Business (IB) bachelor programme at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

An important dimension of this position is that you will deliver interactive practical workshops. In these workshops you share the knowledge and experience with your students. As students work to apply the knowledge they gain during the course, you will assess, guide and coach them, in order to facilitate integration of theoretical and practical skills. This position mainly entails:

• Delivering classes (lectures and workshops) Economics and Statistics modules.
• Delivering applied research modules such as Applied Quantitative Research Methods and Global Business and Economic Analysis.
• Innovating and continuously improving the modules.
• Coaching and assessing students' graduation theses.
• Coaching students during their internship.
• Mentoring students.

• A temporary appointment of 0.6 – 0.8 fte, 24 – 32 hours per week, for one year starting from 9 November 2026.
• A salary between 4.632,17 and 6.677,44 gross per month (scale 11) for a full-time work week.
• Internal candidates from The Hague University of Applied Sciences may be given priority for this position.
• 8% vacation allowance.
• Guaranteed end-of-year pay of 8,3%.
