Job summary

Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is recruiting for a Full‑Time Lecturer position intended for recent PhD graduates or early career academics. The role is based in the Netherlands, with teaching at Apeldoorn and/or Amsterdam locations, five days a week on site.

You will teach in Accounting/Finance, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or AI/Cybersecurity topics and engage in research in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PhD recently awarded or close to completion with a focus on business topics.
• Strong teaching track record or potential in undergraduate and postgraduate education.
• Experience with publishing in peer‑reviewed journals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach face‑to‑face modules across the School of Business.
• Supervise and tutor undergraduate and postgraduate students on theses and projects.
• Contribute to research activities and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional service.
