Job summary

KPMG Netherlands in Amstelveen is seeking a Learning Technologies Advisor to optimize our Learning Tech landscape, supporting SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed and other applications to deliver a seamless learning experience for colleagues.

You will collaborate with HRIT and stakeholders to automate processes, ensure data integrity, train end users and drive adoption in a hybrid work setting at our Amstelveen office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in LMS/LXP.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed or similar LMS.
• Strong data management and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed and related learning apps.
• Collaborate with HRIT and stakeholders to streamline learning processes and data accuracy.
• Train end users and guide stakeholders to maximize adoption of learning tech.
