KPMG Netherlands is seeking a Manager SAP AI & Data Engineering to lead complex AI and data initiatives from concept through implementation and operations. You will safeguard architectural quality, scalability, and maintainability while aligning AI engineering with ERP-driven business transformation.

You will drive technical standards, translate requirements into roadmaps, and guide teams across business, technology, and delivery to achieve client value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex AI, data, analytics, or software delivery programs.
• Strong experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining software products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI and data programs across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Define solution architectures and technical standards for AI-enabled products.
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Guide design, build, deployment, and maintenance of software products and AI accelerators.
