War Child seeks a Learning Designer for the Care System to develop scalable, adaptive learning paths and learning resources for a global audience. You will co-create with partners, facilitate workshops, and ensure materials support practical implementation across contexts.

You will contribute to blended and e-learning paths, produce accessible learning content, and work with platforms like Kaya/Totara/Moodle and AI tools to continuously improve the learning journey.

Qualificações

• Experience designing scalable learning models.
• Minimum 5 years creating in-product micro learning with portfolio.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Evolve.
• Familiarity with learning platforms (Kaya, Totara/Moodle) and AI tools for learning design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead learning design projects for Care System implementation.
• Design and facilitate co-creation workshops with practitioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Create adaptive learning paths and learning resources aligned with partner needs.
• Publish prototypes and learning materials for global audiences.
