Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership, including supervising and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with quality tools and techniques such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
