StudentJob is seeking an intern to join the Leadership Development and Research portfolio. You will explore what constitutes impact in leadership programs and contribute to evaluating how these interventions influence culture and business outcomes across a global organisation.

The role involves action research, qualitative analysis, and collaboration with HR professionals. Based in Veghel with international scope, the internship is positioned in a dynamic learning team within the HR function.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth familiarity with action research and qualitative analysis methods.
• Ability to analyse diverse evidence and interpret data substantively.
• Interest in organizational culture and development.
• Enrolment in Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Develop and pilot an inquiry approach combining qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Explore intended and unintended effects of leadership interventions across stakeholders and timescales.
• Examine competing interpretations of evidence and identify what can be proven or remains uncertain.
• Test a suggested research approach on initial short-term outcomes to assess usefulness.
• Evaluate consequences and practical value of different interpretations of evidence.
• Formulate actionable recommendations to help the organisation learn from leadership programs.
