• Experience with qualitative analysis approaches.
• Interest in organizational culture and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pilot an inquiry approach combining qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Explore intended and unintended effects of leadership interventions across stakeholders and timescales.
• Examine competing interpretations of evidence and identify what can be proven vs. what remains uncertain.
• Test a research approach on initial short-term outcomes for usefulness and limitations.
• Formulate actionable recommendations to help the organisation continue learning from its leadership programs.
