Job summary

SSI SCHÄFER in Roosendaal leads a Maintenance & Service Team Leader role at the PRIMARK distribution centre. You will supervise a team of five, stay hands-on with automated systems, and coordinate maintenance activities to keep conveyors, cranes, AGVs, and shuttles running smoothly.

You will collaborate with PRIMARK, GXO, and colleagues to align processes, generate reports, and seek efficiency improvements. A strong Dutch and English command is essential, with safety certificates valued.

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational education (MBO) level
• At least five years of work experience in a technical environment
• Ability to coach, support and motivate employees
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, managers, the customer and other stakeholders
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Certifications such as VCA, RAMS, Low Voltage or NEN 3140 are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five employees, coaching and supporting them
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for automated systems
• Maintain hands-on involvement with technologies (cranes, AGVs, conveyors)
• Prepare handover reports on system condition and maintenance planning
• Identify process improvements and discuss implementation with management
