Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead cross‑domain development of IPL technologies in Groningen. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and software teams, translating complex requirements into integrated medical solutions within a highly regulated environment.

We expect >3 years in a lead engineering role, an MSc in Systems Engineering or similar, and hands‑on experience with MBSE, FDA/ISO 13485 design controls, and tools such as CREO, Ansys, Matlab, Cameo and DOORS.

Qualifications

• Lead engineering experience in a multidisciplinary setting (3+ years).
• MSc in Systems Engineering or similar field.
• Familiarity with medical product development and regulatory design controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of IPL technologies across mechanical, electrical and software domains.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate high‑level requirements into validated designs.
• Maintain traceability throughout the V‑model and ensure designs are verified.
