Job summary

Independent Recruiters Groep BV is seeking a visionary System Architect to define and drive the electrical and system architecture for advanced semiconductor test equipment.

You will shape the full lifecycle from concept to validation, focusing on high-power analog design with digital elements, and lead a cross-site team of engineers in Nijmegen and Hong Kong to ensure robust, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in high-tech engineering or semiconductor/test equipment.
• Deep expertise in electrical design, especially high-power electronics and system-level architecture.
• Strong knowledge of analog electronics with understanding of digital electronics.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system and electrical architecture for advanced semiconductor test equipment.
• Translate customer needs and roadmap requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to PCB-level decisions and validation.
• Provide technical leadership to a cross-site team of ~10 engineers in Nijmegen and Hong Kong.
