Lead Supply Chain Planner – End-to-End & OTIF

Job summary

DSM-firmenich seeks a Supply Chain Planner / Lead Specialist Supply Planning to balance demand, supply and inventory across product portfolios in the Netherlands. You will coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers and logistics to secure OTIF and optimal stock levels.

The role prefers the Leeuwarden site, with Delft as an alternative and occasional visits to Leeuwarden. You will lead supply reviews, drive improvements and ensure robust planning master data and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Analytical and organizational skills with experience in planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply planning for an assigned product portfolio, including mid/long-term planning, production scheduling, raw material planning, and global warehouse replenishment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and disruptions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and execute supply scenarios and allocation strategies to balance demand and supply.
• Maintain planning master data and manage inventory performance, including slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Lead Supply Review meetings and support quarterly/annual financial and volume planning.
• Drive KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives with corrective actions.
